As usual another wine lover was found:  Augusto Castro, the owner, my confrere of Alvarinho, was at his best, despite the complaints over the VAT on restaurant bills. Please, Minister Assunção Cristas, I need your support to cut the VAT immediately. I trust your good judgment. Please tell your fellow ministers that, according to Economic Historian Carlo Cipolla, a lose-lose venture is the ultimate definition for Stupidity.
