Thanky you Dora, Tiago &amp; CVRA crew. The Alentejo stands, by far, in the pole position of Portuguese wine consumers choices. Along with the cultural, food &amp; natural unique heritage that will become ones best memory, we have visited <a href=\"www.herdadedasservas.com\">Herdade das Servas<\/a>\u00a0(lovely Herdade das Servas, Old Vines, Red), <a href=\"www.herdadecoelheiros.pt\">Herdade dos Coelheiros<\/a>\u00a0(icon Tapada dos Coelheiros, Garrafeira, red) and <a href=\"www.esporao.com\">Herdade do Espor\u00e3o<\/a>\u00a0debuting the new winetourism center &amp; restaurant mastered by young and surprising Chef Miguel Vaz and managed by enthusiastic and lovely Maria &amp; Antonio Roquette.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.w-anibal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/Imagem-1295-e1368046815627.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-232\" alt=\"Imagem 1295\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.w-anibal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/Imagem-1295-e1368046815627.jpg\" width=\"560\" height=\"420\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The heat management over the vines will be widely discussed during the <a href=\"www.vinhosdoalentejo.pt\">9AVWS<\/a> and results are much appreciated since the majority of Mediterranean wines, like in other warm wine regions, are legal and parsimoniously acidified. But make no mistake: in wines, natural icy freshness is one world apart from added citric sourness.<\/p>\n<p>Natural acidity, as a key figure to wine typicality, will be addressed at the <a href=\"www.vinhosdoalentejo.pt\">9AVWS<\/a>\u00a0by me: \u201cA CONTRIBUTION TO THE SENSORY PROFILE OF REGIONAL RED WINES FROM GEOGRAPHICAL INDICATIONS OF MAINLAND PORTUGAL\u201d will share the results of my MSc thesis.
